Dr James Duffey
James has spent 44 years in construction, from technical assistant and assistant site agent at Dorbyl Structures, through senior management and project director roles, to running his own turnkey building and development companies across Gauteng, Eastern and Western Cape.
He has personally led high-end residential homes, multi-storey office blocks, industrial warehousing, town-house and estate developments; coordinating the full professional team and carrying each project from conception to close. His belief is simple: bring together the right people, control the work properly, and deliver on your word.
